"There was always girls working here. Now the tradition continues. My daughter’s working here. And hopefully, in the future, maybe another generation of girls will be here. My wife's uncle, the aunt worked here, all her cousins worked her, my wife worked here, my mother-in-law worked here and I have three daughters, all my three daughters worked here. But she's the only one who stuck by - only on Saturdays. I have to pay her extra, to get her here so I can run in and out."
